Professor Bill Healey of The College of New Jersey Department of Political Science will focus on the tenures of Governor Alfred Driscoll (1947-54) and Governor Richard Hughes (1962-1970).
Alfred Driscoll was the last governor to serve under the 1844 Constitution and the first to serve under the 1947 Constitution. Richard Hughes served as both Governor and as Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
