This therapeutically-oriented yoga class will focus around a few main principles: self-assessment, functional breath mechanics, core stability and mobility, and remapping our unconscious movement patterns.
Props such as yoga blocks, blanket, and a chair will often be featured as part of the framework of the practice.
This class is open to teens and adults of all levels.
