Grow clear, beautiful sugar crystals.  Time required is a few days to a week.

Ingredients: 1 cup water, 3 cups table sugar (food coloring optional), clean glass jar, pencil or butter knife, string, pan or bowl for boiling water and making the sugar solution, spoon or stirring rod
