For this program, it would be helpful to have the following items:

• Clear plastic or glass cups
• Corn syrup or pancake syrup
• Oil
• Water
• A stone, grape, and paper
• A can of regular soda and a can of diet soda
• A deep container: bowl, bucket, pitcher, pot
• Raisins
• Aluminum foil and paper clips or pennies
