March is Women's History Month.
Upton Sinclair, Elizabeth Gurley Flynn, and other champions of labor came to address the workers of many nationalities.
This program will discuss the issues of the strike and focus special attention on the role of women at work and during this labor dispute. The impact of young weaver Hannah Silverman, young mother Caroline Golzio, and Industrial Workers of the World organizer Elizabeth Gurley Flynn will be highlighted.
