Valerie Peña will read the first book in her "World of Wally" series, "Wally's Wish." Valerie will also discuss how she writes and where her ideas come from, and answer any questions an aspiring writer may have.

Valerie Peña is a married mom of three, the oldest of which is the illustrator of the "World of Wally" books. Valerie is an Occupational Therapist and therapy dog handler whose mission and passion is to comfort and empower others.
