The Three Little Pigs’ Houses

• house template or paper to draw houses - will need three houses
• blow dryer or blow with mouth
• glue or tape
• scissors
• approximately 35-50 2” pieces of the following: 
• for straw house - yarn, string or old shoelaces (thin strips of paper or newspaper may be used)
• for wood house- toothpicks or twigs (paper cut in thin strips or straws may be used)
• for brick house - red paper cut into small rectangular shapes (cereal box or other paper may be used) 
• markers, crayons or colored pencils

How to draw houses on paper:

1. Draw a square 4”x4”.
2. Draw a triangle 6 ½”x5”x5” on top of the square.
3. Draw rectangles in the square for windows and door.

To make a stand:

1. Cut a strip of paper 11”x2”.
2. Fold the strip in half.
3. Fold both ends 1” to make a tab.
4. Tape the 1” tabs to the back bottom of the houses.
