Asistencia para la Inscripción en el ACA

Certified Applications Counselors from Zufall Health will be available to answer questions and provide free assistance to enroll in the Affordable Care Act.

Find out if you qualify for Medicaid/CHIP or the Marketplace. Please bring the documents on this CHECKLIST to be able to answer your questions and expedite the enrollment process.

Especialistas de Zufall Health,  certificados en inscripciones, estarán  disponibles para responder a sus preguntas y proveer asistencia gratuita para inscribirse en la Ley de Cuidado de Salud a Bajo Precio (Affordable Care Act).  Averigüe si califica para Medicaid/CHIP o para el Mercado de Seguros Médicos.  Asesores  bilingües de ACA estarán  presentes en esta biblioteca.

Will you need a special accommodation (including food allergy if applicable to the program)? If so, please contact the library and provide at least two weeks notice prior to the event date and the library will make every effort to honor all requests. Thereafter, requests will still be considered and may have less of a chance of being honored.
