Reading Buddy is a program in which our teen volunteers partner with children in grades K-4 for 15 minutes of shared reading time.
The purpose of the Reading Buddy program is to help your child read with confidence and nurture their love of reading in a fun, interactive environment. Please bring a book with you to your session or arrive early and a librarian can help you pick one out.
Reading Buddy will be held in the Youth Services room on select Thursdays from 5-7 p.m. (sessions at 5, 5:30, 6, and 6:30 p.m.) and Saturdays from 10 a.m. - Noon (sessions at 10, 10:30, 11, and 11:30 a.m.)
