Our art space is featuring Bridgewater artist John Hosmer. Hosmer's portraits and drawings will be on display until September 30th, during regular library hours of operation.
John Hosmer is a retired telecommunications manager who enjoys gardening, cooking, theater, volunteering, working at the library and lots and lots of art. He lives in Bridgewater, NJ and has an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. John has studied art with Ed Sprafkin and Gary Godbee at the Center for Contemporary Art in Pluckemin, NJ, and gets a kick from drawing and sharing his extended family portraits. John is a recipient of the 2016 Somerset County Park Commission Volunteer of the Year Award and the 2015 Team Award of Excellence from the Rutgers Master Gardeners of Somerset County.
