Ritmo de Salsa - Featuring the Music of "Swing Sabroso"

Hispanic Heritage Event - All Ages

SCLSNJ celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month. "Swing Sabroso" band will perform Latin rhythms, while professional dancer Christina Piedra shows the basic dance steps of Salsa, Merengue, and Bachata.

Dance to the music of "Swing Sabroso!" The group’s distinctive style (Salsa) is the result of the unique and extensive musical backgrounds of the band’s individual members, who have performed and recorded with some of the most recognizable names in Latin music.

Learn the basic steps of popular Latin dances like Salsa, Merengue, and Bachata with dancer Christina Piedra, artistic director of NJ's Cultural Explosion Dance Company.  Christina has been performing, teaching, choreographing, and directing Salsa and Bachata teams for over ten years. 

All ages are welcome.

Please note that this event will take place at the Veterans of Manville Hall,

located at 600 Washington Avenue in Manville, NJ 08835.
