SCLSNJ
Philip Sahadi, a local resident, will address both the common myths and the facts about Long-Term Care, Medicare, Medicaid, and Disability Insurance.
Long-term care (LTC) is a variety of services which help meet both the medical and non-medical needs of people with a chronic illness or disability who cannot care for themselves for long periods. Long term care is focused on individualized and coordinated services that promote independence, maximize quality of life, and meet people's needs over a period of time.
Most people are too busy to pay close attention to the life-changing topic of how and where their extended care/long-term care will be provided once they need it, and how it will be paid for.
After the presentation, Phil will be happy to answer your questions.
