Learn about how Warren Township, NJ played its part in the American Revolution. Presented by Alan Siegel of the Warren Historical Society.

Alan Siegel, President of the Warren Historical Society, will discuss his new publication, "The Spirit of Liberty". The publication details Warren Township's role in the American Revolution. Many interesting facts will be discussed, including the Continental Army's artillery march on Mountain Boulevard to its fateful encounter with the British in Yorktown, the two famous signal beacons at Mount Bethel and near Morning Glory, the 50 Warren men who served in the militia, plus many more fascinating facts.

Alan Siegel is the author of ten published books on state and local history as well as numerous pamphlets recounting the story of Warren Township and its historic buildings.
