Adults 18+ only for this monthly dark and spicy bookclub featuring mocktails inspired by the books we read.

A night of laughter, snacks, and mocktails celebrating dark & spicy reads. There are occasionally crafts, and sometimes trinket trading. This month's selection is The Demon Lover by Juliet Dark, volume one in her Fairwick Chronicles trilogy. You may find a copy at his link (we suggest placing a hold on it): The Demon Lover

The mocktail we will make is the Demon Lover: watermelon, lime, simple syrup, tonic, tajin, cilantro sprig.

More about The Demon Lover: Callie has a demon lover--an incubus--and he will seduce her, pleasure her, and eventually suck the very life from her. Then she makes another startling discovery. As the tenured witches of the college and the resident fairies in the surrounding woods prepare to cast out the incubus, Callie must accomplish something infinitely more difficult--banishing this demon lover from her heart.
