Chair yoga provides safety while offering a full range of movement for joints and muscles.
Chairs are the perfect tool for any student that may need assistance with balance, strength and flexibility. Chair yoga will still provide all of the health benefits of yoga including: improved muscle tone and balance, reduction of stress, better sleep, and a more positive sense of well-being and happiness! Register at the Manville Recreation Department or the Manville Library. Registration fee: $20.00.
