Presenter: Christopher J. Eisenhardt, Esq. is an associate attorney at Norris McLaughlin, P.A. Chris concentrates his practice on estate planning and asset protection for individuals of all asset levels. He regularly drafts wills and revocable trusts and forms Limited Liability Companies as part of estate plans. He has extensive experience representing beneficiaries and fiduciaries in estate administration and trust administration, including complex estates and international planning, as well as judicial and informal accountings, and the removal, replacement, and resignation of fiduciaries.
