Join wild foods author Debbie Naha-Koretzky (The Wild Edibles Lady) to learn about the edible plants of our area. She will cover plant identification, safety, look-alike plants, sustainable harvesting, nature appreciation, nutrition, and cooking with wild plants. Please register for this event!
Debbie is the author of Foraging Pennsylvania and New Jersey and The Northeastern Forager’s Cookbook. She is also a registered dietitian/nutritionist, Rutgers Master Gardener, Pennsylvania Master Naturalist, and certified science teacher. She has conducted countless foraging programs for state organizations, environmental centers, native plant societies, and more. She received her master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University.
