Introduction to Qi Gong and its healing applications will be presented by Harlene Goldschmidt of the “QiGong for Healing” studio in Warren Township.
More people are experiencing the profound healing effects of Energy Medicine and Energy Psychology. These transformational practices are becoming mainstream in our Western culture and health care systems. Energy healing methods are relatively simple to learn and easy use. The challenge is going beyond the Western mind set to embrace Eastern energyhealing practices. The origin of energy healing is Qi Gong (Qi is basic life force energy. Gong is any practice demonstrating dedication and integrity.) which dates back thousands of years to China. Qi Gong was created as a self-care practice taught by Qi Gong masters. Modern day science is validating many of the healing effects of Qi Gong and related energy practices.
