Begin your journey to wellness with a a discussion on stress relief and depression. Participate in Yoga for Wellbeing led by Lori Arrechea of eZential Wellness. We will conclude the session with Corinna Bisgaier of Blindspottraining, who will present "Cuddling with Dragons: 3 Simple Steps to Working Through Stress and Depression." During this last part of the program you will learn a simple process that you can use any time that will honor your emotions, and allow you to move forward with more clarity and joy.
