This month's Young Adult challenge is to write a space-themed haiku to celebrate the kickoff of Summer Reading. Completed poems will receive a small prize.
Haiku is a Japanese poem of seventeen syllables, in three lines of five, seven, and five. An example of this style of poetry using space as a theme is:
Reading shoots me towards
unknown possibilities
and unexplored worlds.
