Spring is in the air. It is a good time to start spring cleaning. A good place to start, in the kitchen, is the food pantry where you store your canned and boxed food goods.

Are there healthier options? 

We will also look at the use of pots/pans, and cooking utensils and their role in our health. 

Presenter: Kristen Eannetta is a wife and mother to three children and educator for 10+ years in an urban school district. Kristen has taught middle and high school and currently is an Instructional Coach where she works with teachers and students in the area of literacy. In addition to teaching, Kristen has experience working for major publishing companies in New York City where she was an editor and writer for educational content. She is still featured as a guest blogger for HMH (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt) sharing expertise and knowledge to parents and educators on various topics.
