We are delighted to bring you a glimpse of the most exciting and colorful dance forms of India.

Bhaarat Nritya Academy (BNA) of Bridgewater will be presenting excerpts from a couple of Indian Classical Dance forms.  Dancers will showcase: Bharathanatyam, an ancient form of South Indian classical dance with rich tradition and cultural roots, Kathak, a popular classical dance form from North India showcasing colorful costumes, mesmerizing foot work and rhythm, and finally DancerciZe, BNA’s unique combination of Indian Folk Dances such as Kolattam, Bhangra and Gummi, performed to pulsating music for a rich cardio workout. The audience will be able to participate and try the various dance forms.

The event will be held by the Firefighters' Monument in front of Borough Hall weather permitting, so feel free to bring seating. If there is inclement weather, the program will move into the library and space will be limited.
