Join us for a beginner-friendly introduction to Hatha yoga, a tradition of yoga that aims to balance the energy of the body by uniting movement and breath.
The pace of this class is slow to moderate; we spend time in each pose to establish a safe foundation, to explore adaptations and variations, and to incorporate conscious breathing. The sequence will include a variety of seated, standing, and supine poses and will utilize props to support your experience in the poses.

This class is designed with beginners in mind and is open to all levels. No prior experience with yoga is needed.
Please bring a yoga mat or a towel to practice on, and please wear comfortable clothing.
