Calling all cookbook lovers & food enthusiasts! The Warren Township branch's new recipe club is looking for members! Gourmet chef skills are not required.

Join special guest Daryl Minch from Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Somerset County to learn about culinary herbs- how to pair them with food, how to preserve by freezing or drying and how to make herb vinegar.  There will be a demonstration and tastings. 

Attendees are also welcome to make herb based recipes for the group to sample.
