In celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month, join us for an interactive workshop to learn and experience how art and creativity can be beneficial for your mental health. Hosted by a licensed mental health therapist, you will learn valuable tools to foster your emotional well-being while having fun and creating a piece of art. Presented by Amanda Levitt, MS, LPC, Expressive Heart Counseling.
