Health Insurance Literacy - Navigator Exchange Program at Center For Family Services
Health insurance vocabulary can be confusing. We'll explain terminology in plain language and answer your questions about how health insurance works. We'll discuss what a deductible is; what's the difference between a co-pay and co-insurance; in-network and out-of-network; plus more. Our goal is to help you gain a better understanding of these terms so that you feel more comfortable using your health insurance and making well-informed choices for yourself and for others.
