Overview for Employees in the DCRP

This seminar is exclusively about the Defined Contribution Retirement Program (DCRP). The session provides information about DCRP eligibility, contributions rates, investment funds that are available within the DCRP, the Goalmaker investment allocation tool, withdrawals, and the overall rules of the plan. We also take a look at Empower’s DCRP website and how to process all changes such as adding a beneficiary and processing a withdrawal online.

The webinars are approximately 30-45 minutes including the  Q&A period. They are not recorded. 

Sessions are presented by the NJDPB - your camera is off and participants are in listen-only mode. You may join or leave the session at any time. 

• Who should attend: Highly recommended, Staff may attend during their scheduled work hours with supervisor approval.
• Details: As this is an employee benefit, supervisor approval is required, if a part-time staff member joins during work hours.
