Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga where the poses are practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support.
It is great for those who are convalescing from surgery, injury, and seniors. Chair yoga is, in fact, a great practice for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness. Chair yoga is really a great way to achieve physical and mental fitness.
