Samantha Nuzio, registered dietitian from ShopRite of Hillsborough, will talk about the world of meal prepping. Ballet Barre presented by Christine Peterson, fitness instructor at Hillsborough YMCA. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat and water.
