NEW YEAR, NEW YOU!
Mindfulness Practice and the Brain: The Neuroscience of Emotional/Behavioral Healing
Energy flows where attention goes. In this program, we will identify activities that grow mindfulness and learn how strengthening the mind-body relationship can reduce stress, improve brain function, and enhance overall wellbeing. Discoveries about neuroplasticity—the ability to form and reorganize brain cell connections across the lifespan—will illuminate our discussion.
