Caroline Campion, co-author of the IACP award-winning cookbook "Keepers", presents an entirely new and personalized approach to tackling dinner.
In her new book "The Dinner Plan: Simple Weeknight Recipes and Strategies for Every Schedule", Caroline Campion will focus on family recipes. Participants are invited to bring their "keeper" dish and recipe, the one that has been passed down in their family. Campion will prepare a few dishes from her new book as well. We'll discuss food and family history and how food memories inform how we cook and eat in our present lives.
