In this program,we will cover the many health benefits of a plant based diet, basic nutrition, what products are available in the supermarket, why you might want to choose organic and non-GMO foods and transitioning to a more compassionate lifestyle.
Handouts will include menus and recipes.
Join Susan Rose, Vegetarian Lifestyle Coach who will also present a simple meditation technique, at the end of the program, that can be practiced at home by young and old.
