In this lecture/class, presented by Dr. Gang Huang, the participants will have the opportunity to learn and practice some aspects of Tai Chi.
Tai Chi has been one of the treasures of Chinese culture and it is well known for its benefits as "meditation in motion." Fitness waivers will be handed out at to sign before the program.
Will you need a special accommodation (including food allergy if applicable to the program)? Thereafter, requests will still be considered and may have less of a chance of being honored.
