Challenge yourself to make a dish from the cookbook Momofuku by chef David Chang at home, then share your experiences, other favorite Asian cuisine recipes, and advice at the meeting.
Calling all cookbook lovers & food enthusiasts! The Warren Township branch's recipe club always welcomes new members!
Copies of the cookbook Momofuku and select recipes from the book will be available for attendees to pick up at the library prior to the meeting. Attendees are also welcome to make a dish for the group to sample during the meeting, although it is not required in order to attend.
Gourmet chef skills are not required - recipe club is a great way to learn from others and share your best cooking and baking tips.
Will you need a special accommodation? Please contact the library, and if possible, provide at least two weeks notice prior to the event date and the library will make every effort to honor all requests. Thereafter, requests will still be considered and may have less of a chance of being honored.
