November is National Adoption month.
"American Baby" is a tale of love, loss, and the search for identity, and ultimately shows a path to justice and healing after years of shame and secrecy.
The book explores the untold story of a secret adoption system in postwar America through the dual stories of Margaret Erle and the son, David Rosenberg, she tried desperately to keep.
