March is Women's History Month.

The presenter, Susan Loricchio, is a general aviation pilot and historian, sharing her love of flying and aviation history with the general public. She is an Air Power Advocate for the Air Force Association, and a member of The Ninety-Nines, Inc. (the international women pilots organization of which Earhart was the organization's first president).

With so many other daring and talented lady fliers, what did Earhart have that mesmerized generations to come?

The presenter will take the audience on a journey back in time to a society virtually unscathed by the crush of the Great Depression - a time in aviation history known as The Golden Age. Originally from a small town along the Missouri River, Amelia Earhart skyrocketed from a young social worker into a powerful, influential aviation superstar.

Loricchio has the uncanny ability to engage the audience in such a way that they will feel as though they are peering behind the closed doors of a very public, yet very private Amelia. While believing no one is truly an expert on the complex, multi-faceted legend, Loricchio does manage to spellbind her listeners with colorful, personal tidbits woven into Earhart's death-defying adventures.
