Barre Fusion

Presented by Pam Zamory

This class fuses techniques from Pilates, yoga, and ballet. Barre will also lengthen and strengthen muscles as well as improve your core strength, posture and balance.

Please wear comfortable clothing. You will need a mat or towel, light weights, and a chair to use as a barre.
