Think that today’s political wrangling is full of disagreement and finger pointing?
Through the eyes of the first person who printed the Declaration of Independence with the signatures of the participants (a treasonable offense), this program reviews the materials used for writing, how drafts were made and circulated and the driving force it took to get past the much infighting and eventually unite the several great minds that created Western civilization’s most valuable document.
This presentation also highlights one of the forgotten women, Mary Katharine Goddard, who helped shape the nation of the USA.
With Handwriting Historian Terry Antoniewicz.
