Central New Jersey resident, Lucia Stout is a photographer and painter. This exhibit features “Found Hearts.”
Lucia photographs hearts found all around us. Her images are unaltered and reflect an outward manifestation of something real in the universe that surrounds us. The heart form is a reminder that, though it is not always obvious, this world is filled with love. Our job is to realize that, receive it and send it out as best we can. This reminder is especially encouraging at times when the world feels cold, violent and uncaring. Lucia also paints in oil, pastel and walnut ink. She and her husband, Charlie Huebner, own Beechtree Farm in Hopewell, New Jersey. The Huebners actively promote farmland preservation and sustainable, environmentally responsible agriculture.
On display for the month of February.
