October 2-31, 2017 Fall is a great time to share stories. Can you check out enough stories to empty the picture book shelves? That's the challenge. And you'll have a chance to win Winnie the Pooh.

Each time you check out picture books, you'll receive a ticket for a chance to win a basket of books and prizes, including the new Disney version of Winnie the Pooh and all of Pooh's stories. Open to all ages.  Winner will be drawn on November 1, 2017.  

Reading stories to children makes a difference.  The more stories, the better.  Research shows that reading 20 minutes a day helps your child to be ready to read now, and perform at higher levels on standardized tests in the future. Take the challenge.  Check out some picture books today to share with your child, and give yourself a chance to win the Winnie the Pooh basket of stories and toys.
