Learn Tai chi at the library! The classes will be presented by Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi from Warren.
Tai chi is a low impact , slow-motion exercise. Tai chi is often described as "meditation in motion"but it could also could be referred to as "medication in motion" because there is growing evidence that this mind- body practice , which originated in China has value in treating or preventing many health problems.
You can practice Tai chi even if you are not in top notch shape. Tai chi is adaptable for everyone.Just wear regular gym clothes and shoes
